Welcome to the New Mexico Out-of-School Time Network’s 13th annual Fall into Place Conference! It is our hope that your participation in this conference will inspire innovative and high-quality out-of-school time (OST) programs in your community.

In its 13th year, Fall into Place will bring together youth development workers, childcare providers, educators, decision makers and others interested in ensuring positive youth development opportunities and outcomes through programs and activities outside the traditional school day. This conference is designed to inspire and connect those working with children, youth and families, and to give them the tools and training they need to succeed in their community-critical mission. Attendees will leave energized and empowered to make a difference in circumstances that continue to be challenging for educators, families, communities, youth and children.

Fall into Place will be a fun and educational virtual experience, taking place on a digital stage. The agenda will feature a variety of keynote speakers and workshops with key focus areas ranging from Social Emotional Learning (SEL) and Trauma Informed Practices; Youth Entrepreneurship; Family Engagement and Community Partnerships; STEM; and Program Design, Administration, and Staff Development. There will also be opportunities for Community Chatrooms, Peer-to-Peer Problem Solving and a Virtual Exhibit Hall. During our “soft launch” prior to the conference, registrants will be able to chat and interact with other attendees, explore the exhibit hall and browse speaker videos.

All conference sessions will be recorded and available to you after the conference in case you are unable to attend a workshop or talk of interest.

In addition, we have created a library with additional workshops and webinars on a variety of topics available to you before, during and after the conference.

We appreciate your willingness to be a part of this movement, for being a caring adult, and for making a difference in the lives of children and youth throughout the state. Developing our children and youth is the best investment we can make in the future of New Mexico, and you are an important part of building that brighter tomorrow.
